Shannon started his career in music as an event coordinator/concert promoter in upstate SC, where he promoted events with bands like Third Day, PlankEye, The O.C. Supertones, Skillet, and many others. Through these events Shannon developed relationships with booking agents in Nashville and joined the team at Davdon Artist Agency where he was the Southeast agent for the entire roster (including Relient K, The O.C. Supertones, Smalltown Poets, Gospel Gangstaz, KJ-52, and many others).  Davdon was bought out by Alabaster Arts (management for Jennifer Knapp, The O.C. Supertones, and others) and Shannon moved into a management role. His main focus at Alabaster was managing Sparrow Records artist The Elms.  Shannon left Alabaster Arts and started a new firm, TenEntertainment Inc., where he continued working with The Elms.  Over the years, TenEntertainment would be the management firm representing artists such as Sidewalk Prophets, EastWest, James Clay, Ten Mile Drive, Shay Watson, Our Heart’s Hero, Sky Harbor, The Class of 98, and others.  Now with The Caliber Group, Inc., Shannon is responsible for Philmont, Tal & Acacia, Watson & Nash, and Les Soeurs.

Steve Blair is a 15 year veteran of the music industry. He started his career as a musician who’s band was signed to Benson Records and then Gray Dot Records where the band had a #1 CHR radio hit. After 5 years on the road, Steve transitioned to the business side of the industry, taking a position with EMI Music in October of 2000. Steve spent 7 years at EMI working with artists like Switchfoot, Relient K, Underoath, The Almost, Sanctus Real, Jeremy Camp, Kutless, POD, Chris Tomlin, and many others. Steve left his role as head of Sales and Retail Marketing at EMI in October of 2007 to start, Blair Artist Management. In 2009, Blair Artist Management merged with 3 other Nashville management companies to form The Caliber Group. Steve is married and has 3 small children.

Derek has worked in the music industry for over 20 years. He started his journey in high school working as a Radio DJ. Shortly afterward, he became the music manager for a Christian retail store. As his network of contacts expanded, he began booking local talent in Atlanta, which lead to an opportunity at Vanguard Entertainment in Nashville. After Vanguard, he dove in to artist management and road management–managing the careers of Sammy Ward, Inside the Outside and Heather Miller; and road managing for acts Lincoln Brewster, Natalie Grant, Phil Joel. He eventually began a 2 1/2 year tour of duty with Jump5. In 2004, Bruner joined Slanted Records/ Spring Hill Music. He was hired on to run the radio department but soon moved in to a role of discovering new artists. Bruner signed DecembeRadio and After Edmund to Slanted Records, and both debut’s were nominated for Grammy awards as well as Dove Awards (DecembeRadio won Rock album of the year for their debut in ’07). In May 2007, Bruner left Slanted to manage Jump5. He helped them put together their final album and a 30 city nationwide farewell tour that played to over 40,000 people. In 2009, Bruner and 3 other managers joined forces to form The Caliber Group. Derek is responsible for 7eventh Time Down, After Edmund, Brittany Hargest, Haley Morgan Smith, Katelynne Cox and guest. Derek lives in Spring Hill with his wife Bonnie and their 2 dogs.

Jeff’s journey in the music business began in college by promoting concerts on campus and continued after graduation promoting concerts at local venues around New Jersey.   Soon Jeff was offered a job as a booking agent with Vanguard Entertainment, a booking agency in Nashville.  At Vanguard Jeff worked with artists such as Third Day, All Star United, Seven Day Jesus, Skillet, Plumb, Tony Vincent among others.  After a few years at Vanguard, Jeff took the opportunity to move to Davdon Artist Agency where he was the general manager for the agency which represented Relient K, OC Supertones, MxPx, Smalltown Poets, Bleach, Gospel Gangstaz, Stavesacre, Plankeye and many more.  Davdon was eventually purchased by Alabaster Arts, a Nashville management company representing Jennifer Knapp and the OC Supertones.  While continuing to run the agency under Alabaster, Jeff began to transition into artist management, managing Relient K, Trevor Morgan, Paul Colman Trio and House of Heroes.  After his departure from Alabaster, Jeff’s management clients have included Relient K, House of Heroes, The Wedding, Ruth, Dustin Ruth and others.
